Zoom or Facetime counselling
Face-time and Zoom are easy to use and make therapy more convenient to access. Evidence has shown that anxiety is lower using online methods of counselling. Being able to see each other and talk as we would in a conventional face to face therapy session but with the added convenience, means you can do this from the comfort of your own home, or indeed anywhere in the world.
It is also useful as a combination if you like face to face counselling and prefer to continue therapy if you say work away or on holiday. However many of my clients are quite happy using either Zoom or Facetime counselling exclusively.
